Quantum has in-house capabilities to design and develop advanced composite gas or gaseous fuel storage vessels or varying sizes, operating pressures and service conditions. Teaming with the customer, we deploy best practices in technology development and project execution based on specifications, verification and validation plans and milestones.
We use numerical methods including finite element analysis and other simulation tools to analyze product designs prior to investing in prototype development. Our in-house material testing laboratory can characterize new materials. Quantum is fully equipped to service our customers - automotive OEMs, fleets, aerospace and military.
Systems and Modules
Quantum designs and develops fully integrated "plug-and-play" modules for customer specific applications. Teaming with the customer, we jointly deploy best practices for packaging, mechanization, routing of tubing/plumbing, determine frame strength for crash survivability, and perform verification and validation.
