Quantum's pressure regulator product line incorporates advanced and patented technologies designed especially for gaseous fuels. Regulator products include an In-Tank series for natural gas or hydrogen and an In-Line, or rail, series for natural gas, propane and hydrogen fuels. In-Tank Regulators reduce the storage tank pressure from as high as 10,000-psi (70 MPa) down to 150-psi (1 MPa), eliminating the need for high-pressure fuel lines running throughout the vehicle. This results in an inherently safer system, and a competitive advantage for our OEM customers. The In-Line regulator is specially designed for use with our gaseous fuel injector and mounts in the fuel rail, thus providing a packaging advantage.
