Quantum places a high degree of emphasis on quality and quality systems and therefore we subscribe to the following:

ISO/TS 16949 Certification; achieved in 2006 (Registrar: The Certification Body of TUV AMERICA)
ISO 14001 Certification (Environmental Management System); achieved in 2010 (Registrar: The Certification Body of TUV AMERICA)
The effort to develop a software quality system is well underway. Quantum has been in compliance to Automotive SPiCE Level 3 since March 2012.
Quantum has successfully passed the TUV functional safety audit for the Karma HCU, based on European Regulation ECE-R13H

Advanced Product Quality Planning- APQP, including all Gate Reviews with customers & PPAP
Develop, implement, evaluate and maintain a Quality Management System that complies with ISO/TS16949 & ISO 14001
Develop & assess Quality Metrics to continually improve processes
Manage Metrology lab to perform receiving, in-process, final, and shipping inspections to ensure product quality
Investigate process/product nonconformities for root cause to implement preventive measures
Translate customer requirements throughout supply chain via SQAR and through supplier development

SERVICE ENGINEERING

Quantum has a dedicated service group who are responsible for:
